To ensure a smooth exchange & return process, please note the following guidelines:

1. exchange or Returns will only be accepted if the customer returns the Product to the delivery company while the driver is waiting outside, If the driver has departed, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange the product.
2. Customers are responsible for covering the delivery charges associated with the exchange or return.
